When 22-year-old Brian Barrett gets pulled into the already complicated web of lies, he begins a relationship with “Jessi,” completely unaware that she isn’t who she claims to be. Meanwhile, Thomas becomes increasingly jealous, obsessive, and angry as the online fantasy he created begins unraveling around him. Threats are made. Lines are crossed. And eventually, a love triangle built almost entirely on people pretending to be someone else ends with the one person who wasn’t lying about who he was losing his life.
