Before Ed Kemper became one of America's most notorious serial killers, he was a troubled teenager with a violent past, a genius-level IQ, and a disturbing fascination with death. In Part One, we explore Kemper's childhood, the murders of his grandparents, his years inside a psychiatric hospital, and the terrifying mistakes that led to his release.
